Notches are punched with a two-stage punch that is offset in height. Depen\u00adding on the immersion depth, one or both punches are used for punching. This makes it possible to punch addi\u00adtional and diffe\u00adrent features such as air holes or markings in a single pass.<\/p>\n

Spiral notching<\/strong><\/p>\n

The groove pattern is offset for each sheet depen\u00adding on the angle. This creates a conti\u00adnuous groove in the form of a spiral in the finished sheet stack.<\/p>\n

With notching widening, a notch is cutted twice with an offset in order to widen it.
