The groo\u00adving presses and the auto\u00adma\u00adtion are being converted to servo axes. The aim is to ensure the avai\u00adla\u00adbi\u00adlity of the system for the future and to opti\u00admise the poten\u00adtial in the processes using the new control technology.<\/p>\n

In this example, a slot punching machine is extended with an auto\u00adma\u00adtion system for stacking rotor and stator lami\u00adna\u00adtions. Larger sheet diame\u00adters in parti\u00adcular, espe\u00adci\u00adally large stator lami\u00adna\u00adtions with narrow backs, can no longer be stacked properly by hand.
By using a controlled tool, both rotor and stator lami\u00adna\u00adtions can be punched in two passes and then auto\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcally stacked.

Normally, a tool change on a groo\u00adving press takes less than 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
