After the cutting process, the finished blanks are removed from the press with the shovel auto\u00adma\u00adtion and stacked on a mandrel. At the same time, a new sheet is inserted into the press and the scrap is disposed of.<\/p>\n

Blank removal and centre hole punching<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this appli\u00adca\u00adtion example, a sheet removal system and an axle hole punching machine were deve\u00adloped to further process a sheet that previously accu\u00admu\u00adlated as an axle hole or waste.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the system concept, the waste blank can be removed from a cutting system and then a new blank with a centre hole can be produced using the centre hole punching machine and automation.<\/p>\n

This signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly reduced the amount of mate\u00adrial used and meant that no new sheets had to be procured, resul\u00adting in a considerable reduc\u00adtion in costs.<\/p>\n
